Jake Paul is targeting another mixed martial artist in the shape of Nate Diaz, who he watched lose to Leon Edwards on Saturday night.
The UFC legend, who has beaten Conor McGregor in the past, came close to salvaging victory against the Brit when he hurt him late on, but ultimately suffered a second successive loss.

Prior to their bout, Diaz had not been in the octagon for 18 months.
He’d only fought three times since he stunned McGregor in the first of their two meetings in 2016.
Some believe this defeat could spell the end of the 36-year-old’s career.
However, one man who wants him to fight on is YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul, who is fighting former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley next.
Their feud stemmed from Jake’s own pursuit of McGregor last year.
After seeing his call-out videos directed at the Irishman, Diaz said in December: “Jake Paul you need your ass beat for free u spoiled f***.
“You can’t really fight dumbs*** you’re gonna end up with your ass whooped for real somewhere talking like that.”
Now, in the aftermath of the Edwards defeat, Jake has posted: “I will knockout Nate Diaz after I knockout Woodley.”
Jake knocked out former MMA fighter Ben Askren on April 17 to go 3-0 (3 KOs) as a pro boxer.
It appears he intends to continue this trend by targeting Woodley and then Diaz.
Diaz, though, in the aftermath of his loss to Edwards, said it was his wish to return to the octagon within the next three or four months, but did not name any specific opponents he had in mind.
His boss, Dana White, said he doesn’t know what he wants to do with Diaz either.
“He’s a fan-favourite, people love him win, lose, or draw. I don’t know. We’ll see what’s next,” he said.
