Predictably, things got tense during the face-off between Tyron Woodley and Jake Paul.
The former UFC welterweight champion and the YouTuber-turned professional boxer will meet on August 28 in a boxing match, but on Thursday they came face-to-face in front of the media.

So confident he will add to his 3-0 record– which features three knockouts – Paul offered to double Woodley’s money if he wins.
The 24-year-old squared up to his opponent and told him: “If you win, I’ll double your purse. But if you lose, you have to donate your purse to my charity.”
And he later tweeted: “The 5x UFC champ wouldn’t take the bet. Tyron Woodley you don’t have enough confidence to put your money where your mouth is.”
But Woodley later responded in an Instagram comment: “Put it in blood.”

One thing Paul might not have banked on is boxing legend Floyd Mayweather – who fights his brother Logan this Sunday – offering to train his opponent.
“Give me Tyron Woodley. We’ll make sure I get in camp and I’ll train him for this fight. I want Tyron Woodley to come to Las Vegas and work with us.”
Woodley, 39, also decided to rap during the stare down as he recited lyrics from his own song ‘I’ll beat yo ass’.
Paul is unbeaten in a boxing ring, but he has only ever fought first-time boxers thus far. Woodley is a first-time boxer himself, but undoubtedly has more pedigree in striking than any of Paul’s other foes.

However, Woodley lost his last four fights in UFC and lost every single round in those defeats, too.
During an Instagram Live, the former UFC champion said: “All the clout chasing, all the yelling, all the blah, blah blah, ‘I’m a fighter, all the MMA guys don’t never want to fight me.’
“Now, you got a motherf***ing that’s going to fight you like you ain’t never been fought before.
“Ain’t no sparring you can do to motherf***ing get ready for it.

“Ain’t no meditation. Ain’t no kum ba yah.
“Ain’t no mama se mama sa mama coosa.
“Ain’t s**t you can do. You getting your ass beat. I’m pumped up about it.”
Woodley is already expected to earn into the seven figures for this fight and it’s been reported he has a rematch clause, too.
